Account creation

There’s no way to create an account other than purchasing fonts. Once an order is completed, an account is automatically created using the email address supplied during checkout.

Login

After successful order, customer must login to download the purchased fonts. Login is done exclusively via a one‑time password (OTP). All customer information, except the email, is stored at Paddle. It’s one of the perks using a merchant‑of‑record.

After login, customer can download a single ZIP archive that includes:

  • All the purchased fonts
  • One README.txt
  • One or more EULA files

All this you set up in Fountain. Even the prefix of the downloaded ZIP can be customised.

Customer can also delete account and download an invoice generated by Paddle. A deleted account is only deleted in Fountain, not in Paddle.
