This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Fountain plugin (“Plugin”) for Kirby CMS. By purchasing, installing, or using the Plugin, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms.

License Grant

• A license allows you to install and use the Plugin on one website or one domain with multiple language versions.
• Each website installation requires its own Plugin license, as well as its own Kirby license.
• You may make copies of the Plugin for backup and development purposes, such as development and/or staging sites.
• You may modify the Plugin’s source code for your own personal or client projects.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Plugin on more websites than licensed.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise share the Plugin or modified versions with third parties.
• Claim ownership of the Plugin or its source code.

Updates & Support

• Each license includes 12 months of free updates and email support beginning from the date of purchase. After 12 months, users may continue using the plugin without updates.
• Minor and patch releases are included during the active license period.
• Major new versions may require a paid upgrade to continue receiving updates and support.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will not be granted after this period.
• Requests must be made in writing to support@nymarktype.co.

Ownership

The Plugin is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin remain with Nymark Type.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Plugin is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nymark Type be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you fail to comply with the terms, your license will terminate automatically without notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes may be resolved through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies
